(WTVR) – The expected combination of low relative humidity, warm temperatures, and gusty winds (around 30 mph this afternoon) has prompted a red flag warning to be issued for the entire area Tuesday between noon and 8 p.m. Outdoor burning is highly discouraged, even between 4 p.m. and Midnight.
