RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The Northside Outreach Center was founded in 2004 and it’s goal is to revitalize Richmond’s Highland Park Neighborhood. Butch Johnson and Leahna Sullivan share more an upcoming event that will benefit the Northside Outreach Center called ‘Race for the Goal Gala & Auction,’ coming up next Friday, March 30 at RIR’s Torque Club.
