RICHMOND, Va. – Fitness and personal development coach Robert Roberts II visited Virginia This Morning to talk about the MS Push-Up Challenge. Roberts, who is the owner of Never Stumble Consulting and Muscle to Bone Fitness, shared how his wife’s multiple sclerosis diagnosis inspired the movement.
During the challenge, participants do one push up and then hold it for up to 60 seconds. Roberts says the effects help simulate what someone with MS is experiencing. Our host, Jessica Noll, demonstrated the MS Push-Up Challenge alongside him.
The next MS Push-Up Challenge will be Friday, March 6 at 9 a.m. at Blast Youth Sports and Blast Martial Arts Academy located at 7004 Commons Plaza in Chesterfield. If you participate, be sure to use the hashtag #Pushup4MS.
