Making keto chili with Shaynefully Delicious

RICHMOND, Va. - Our good friend of the show, Shayne Rogers of Shaynefully Delicious, is back behind her Pampered Chef Quick Cooker to teach us how to make a fantastic keto chili. Watch the video above to see her tutorial and then use the recipe below to make this delicious dish at home!

Pressure cooker keto chili

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 1 T cumin
  • 1 t smoked paprika
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth

Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapenos, diced onion

Directions
Set your pressure cooker to saute and brown the ground beef and sausage in the base of your pressure cooker. Stir in vegetables and spices and cook until fragrant. Add tomatoes. paste and broth. Cover the pressure cooker. Cancel the saute function and set it to high pressure to cook for 8 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to come up to pressure. When it finishes cooking, let the steam release naturally for 5 minutes. Release the steam fully and the chili is ready to enjoy in about a half-hour. Scoop it into bowls and serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, onions, and jalapenos. Enjoy.
