RICHMOND, Va. - Did you know that more than 60 percent of low-income households do not have a single book to give to their children? In an effort to address childhood literacy, The Scripps Howard Foundation is working hard to ensure children have access to books at all ages. President and CEO Liz Carter joins to share important information about the “If You Give a Child a Book” campaign and ways you can join the effort to increase childhood literacy in your community and beyond.
