Charcuterie Board Ingredients:
- Goat Cheese
- Aged Cheddar
- large board
- picks or skewers
- cocktail napkins
- cheese knives, one for each different cheese
Charcuterie Board Preparation:
- Plan on 4-6 ounces of cured meats per guest and 4 ounces of cheese per guest. If you are serving other items it could be a bit less per person.
- Arrange items artfully on board and let come to room temperature before serving. You may want to reserve half of the items and create a second board to bring out when the first board needs to be refreshed.
