RICHMOND, Va. - “We can no longer afford to be silent when lives depend on it...”, says local filmmaker and author, Chandra Broadnax-Payne. October is National Domestic Violence Awareness month and Chandra speaks about her documentary, A Silent Enemy, that gives a voice to victims who have been silenced.
