Announcing the winner of the $10,000 KLM Book Scholarship

RICHMOND, Va. - The KLM Scholarship Foundation is motivated to support anyone seeking a quality education. CBS 6 is a proud media sponsor for this great organization. Yesterday, they concluded their contest where you could vote for a Virginia college for their chance to win $10,000 dollars in student book scholarships. Today, Kimberley Martin, the creator of the foundation, joined us live by Skype to reveal the winner. Congratulations to Hampton University, the recipient of the 2020 KLM Book Scholarship! The rescheduled Black and White Affair will be held on August 14 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. CBS 6 Reporter Shelby Brown will serve as the event emcee.
