“Addicted” to the Beautiful Voice of Shayla “Shayy” Winn

RICHMOND, Va. - We met Shayla “Shayy” Winn three years ago when she took part in the Richmond Peace Education Center’s Generation Dream Event. She has an incredible voice and we knew this star would be on the rise. Fast forward, she appeared on “American Idol” and brought celebrity judge Lionel Ritchie to tears with her beautiful voice and song selection. She is excited about the release of her new song “Addicted,” which is now available on iTunes, Spotify and SoundCloud. Today we got a chance to catch up with Shayla and see a beautiful performance of her new single. Shayla will be part of the “Women in Innovation” event coming up on Tuesday, March 17 at the Dewey Gottwald Center at the Science Museum of Virginia.
