RICHMOND, Va. -- Absurd Snacks co-founders Grace Mittl and Eli Bank visited the Virginia This Morning kitchen to whip up two recipes from their new cookbook, "Free to Feast." It's a community-curated collection of creative and delicious recipes that are inclusive and allergy-friendly.

You can download the digital cookbook for FREE by clicking here.

Absurd Snacks was started at the University of Richmond in 2022. Grace and Eli took it on full time after graduating and launched their line of Nut-Free Snack Mixes to market in March of 2023. They are currently selling two flavors: Maple Cinnamon and the award-winning Rosemary Sea Salt. Both feature crunchy roasted chickpeas, fava beans, granola clusters and dried fruit.

Absurd Snacks can be found at your local Whole Foods Market, alongside many other grocery stores in the Richmond and greater Virginia community. It can be purchased online as well on AbsurdSnacks.com and soon to be back in stock on Amazon.
