Recipe
- Lamb chops
- 1 Tablespoon of Ginger root
- The juice of 1 Orange
- Teaspoon of Sesame seeds
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic powder
- 1 Teaspoon of powder
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Teaspoon of Chef Headen all purpose spice
- Butternut squash
- Red onion
- Green beans
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Combine the brown sugar, fresh orange juice, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, chef headen all purpose spice, and sesame seed in a bowl
- Place lamb chops in the bowl with brown sugar and spice mixture to season
- Preheat griddle for lamb chops
- Season green beans and squash with all purpose spice and herbs
- Drizzle griddle with olive oil and place lamb chops in the pan, cook for 10 min
- In a separate pan, lightly sear seasoned vegetables
