RICHMOND, Va. - According to Jillian Wagner, the branch manager for Robert Half, 57 percent of people are introspective about their jobs in light of recent events. As employees begin to reflect on their work-life balance, they begin to start prioritizing how they want to be treated at their jobs. According to research by global staffing firm Robert Half, 40 percent of workers will prioritize their personal life over their job moving forward.

Equally important, Jillian touches on what employers should be thinking about in these times and how to properly communicate with their employees moving forward.
