RICHMOND, Va. - Today we want to take the time to recognize our dear friend and colleague Bill Bevins who is celebrating his 50th year in broadcasting. In 1986 after becoming one of Central Virginia’s most popular radio announcers, he came to CBS6 as the weatherman on the noon news and has been here ever since. He has been with Virginia This Morning since its inception 14 years ago. His resume also includes being inducted into the Richmond Broadcasters Hall of Fame and the VCU School of Mass Communications Hall of Fame. Happy Anniversary Bill and Congratulations!
