RICHMOND, Va. -- A peaceful rally was held Election Night outside of City Hall in Richmond.
The Black Lives Matter-affiliated rally started on Broad Street. From there, marchers walked toward Monument Avenue, Jon Burkett reported.
"[They] kind of regrouped in the Monroe Park area and marched back to Broad Street heading eastbound," Burkett reported. "There they were met by a Trump train that came in from Henrico's West End."
The two groups passed each other without physical violence, Burkett reported.
The BLM 757 group continued to City Hall where they held a 30-minute rally.
The group dispersed at about 11 p.m.
