CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A brush fire on Interstate 95 North in Chesterfield has caused a miles-long backup.
Earlier in the afternoon, all northbound lanes were closed at mile marker 60. While all lanes are now open, the Virginia Department of Transportation is urging drivers to use alternate routes and expect delays.
