FARMVILLE, Va. -- A 10-year-old boy with a life-threatening disorder was drafted to the Longwood Men's Basketball team on Tuesday night.

Philip was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at just three weeks old. He loves playing basketball. and has been part of the Longwood men's basketball team since they started playing this year.

On Tuesday, thanks to a program put on by "Team impact," Philip was officially drafted by the team and given his own personalized locker in their locker room, a pair of shoes, front row seats to their games, and an official jersey.

Philip's family says the team has been amazing to them.
