RICHMOND, Va. - Virginia This Morning is everywhere you are and we want to see what you’ve been up to!

Today, we featured “Crazy Sock Day” during Virtual Spirit Week at Midway Elementary School in Dinwiddie County. The school will wrap up their spirit week with a virtual teacher parade that you can stream live on their Facebook page at noon on Friday, March 27.

You may be stepping out of the house on a nice refreshing walk, but we encourage you to watch out for…BEARS! A global trend has officially made its way to windows near you. Neighbors are placing stuffed animals in their windows for children to spot as they walk. Join in on the bear hunt by simply adding a stuffed animal into one of your front windows!

Music is pulling us all together in this interesting time. Sarah Sellers Gholson wrote a song all about social distancing that she shared with us. What a wonderful way to connect and provide comfort to others!

And speaking of supporting others, Henrico County Fire Chief Alec Oughton isn’t able to stop by his favorite restaurants or barber like he usually can, but he’s made a point to still pay for those services to support the families for those who work for those businesses. Join in as we work to support and celebrate local businesses that are so important for us throughout the year.

It’s your turn to show and tell! How are you spending your social distancing time? Visit our Instagram or Facebook page to submit your photos to us! You just might see your photos featured on our show.
