He knew he had to know more about the pizza and its creator, so he and Robey drove out to the Powhatan brewery to meet Sarah, hear her story, and learn more about her fantastic looking food.
As Sarah explained in this week's episode of Eat It, Virginia! there is a lot of love to go around in the kitchens over at Fine Creek.
"[It's] bar food, but different," Tocco explained. "All homemade everything from scratch. That kind of idea where it's a lot of effort put into it but still touchable, approachable food, which is sometimes hard to get the balance. For the brewery, I think we do a lot of things like sandwiches and pizzas and things like, which people want with beer. But we just decorate it differently or put different ingredients, different flavor profiles to those things."
