RICHMOND, Va. -- Antoinette Essa visited The Broken Men Foundation in Richmond to honor the group as part of her CBS 6 Gives segment.
Every week CBS 6 recognizes people and organizations making a difference in the community.
The Broken Men Foundation mentors young men and helps put them on the path to success.
The group's mission is "to direct men to a path in life making men accountable for their actions; and to make a difference in the community."
They say clothes make the man, so Antoinette donated gift cards to the group to help pay for pants and button-down shirt for the children in the program.
Antoinette just asked the young men to pay it forward when they're out and about in the community.
