RICHMOND, Va. - Pastry Chef aficionado Leanne Fletcher, from “Big Herms” Kitchen, whips up a chocolate cake recipe that is decadent and versatile. Leanne shows off how her “Last Ever Chocolate Cake” recipe can be used as a base for German Chocolate Cake, Black Forest Cake, a Chocolate Campfire Cake and more. 1 cup Sugar
¾ cup & 2TBL Flour
¼ cup & 2TBL Special Dark Cocoa
¾ tsp Baking Powder
¾ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 Egg
½ cup Milk
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp Vanilla

½ cup Boiling Water


Pre heat oven to  350F
Grease 9 inch pan
In large Bowl or mixer place all dry ingredients in. Mix well. Add in egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix for 2mins. Add boiling water mix for 2 more mins.

Place in pan and cook for 25-35 mins.
