3 teens arrested for armed robbery in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Three teens have been arrested after allegedly stealing electronics from a man in an armed robbery in Chesterfield last week.

Jeremiah Glanton Jr., 18, and Chayuan Pauley, 18, both of chesterfield and a juvenile male have been arrested in relation to the robbery.

Police said the alleged crime took place Tuesday, December 22 in the 6000 block of Newington Drive. The victim was visiting friends in the neighborhood when he was confronted by the suspects, one of whom was armed with a gun, according to police.

Police said as the suspects demanded property a struggle ensued during which time, the firearm discharged. The suspects then fled the area with TV’s, radios, cameras, computers, and other electronics. Responding officers located the suspects, taking them into custody.

Glanton Jr. and Pauley have been charged with robbery and displaying a firearm in commission of felony.
