Sandra Bullock is a mom again! The 51-year-old actress has adopted her second child, a 3-year-old girl from Louisiana who had been in foster care.

“When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” the actress told People. “I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time.”

Sandra told the mag that son Louis, 5, who the Oscar winner adopted in 2010, inspired the addition to their family.

“Louis spearheaded this whole journey,” she explained.

“I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren’t going anywhere,” she said.

Adding, “My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding. That’s a family.”
