Big Herm’s Chicken Breader
4 – cups flour
3 – Tbs lawry’s
1 – Tbs pepper
2 – tsp garlic
1 – Tbs paprika
1 – tsp Cayenne
Jalapeno Peach BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
4 - cups chopped peaches-drained
½ - onion chopped
1 - Tbs granulated garlic
2 - jalapenos- seeded and chopped
1 - cup ketchup
½ - cup chili sauce
¼ - cup honey
2 - Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 - Tbs lemon juice
2 - Tbs brown sugar
½ - tsp nutmeg
½ - tsp ginger
1 - Tbs smoked paprika
1 - tsp salt
1 - tsp black pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in Ninja. Then cook on medium heat for 30 mins until thickened. Add water if too thick. Cool to room temp. Toss chicken in sauce.
Tequila Lime Sauce
½ - stick butter
1 – onion finely chopped
1 ½ - cup ketchup
¼ - cup mustard
½ - cup tequila
1 - Tbs soy sauce
½ - cup vinegar
1 – large lime – seeded and chopped
1 – cup brown sugar
1 – tsp turmeric
½ - cup honey
1 - Tbs chili powder
1 - Tbs granulated garlic
1 - tsp liquid smoke
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add chopped limes and brown sugar. Next, add all remaining ingredients and cook on med. heat for 30 mins. Once cooked, cool to room temp. and blend in Ninja. Add water if needed. Toss chicken in sauce.
