FREDERICKSBURG, Va. — Fredericksburg police are investigating a drive-by shooting that happened in the 200 block of McKinney Street not far from Dixon Park around 8:30 Friday night.
According to Sarah Kirkpatrick with the Fredericksburg Police Department, shots were fired from a passing vehicle into another occupied vehicle. A home in the area was also hit. No one was hurt in the shooting, Kirkpatrick said.
Investigators believe the incident is related to another altercation that occurred earlier Friday in the same neighborhood.
