Here she is… Miss Virginia 2014

Richmond, Va - Courtney Garrett is the Miss Virginia 2014.  She’s the First Runner Up In The Miss America Pageant last year.  She stopped by to talk about the 2015 Geico Miss Virginia Scholarship Pageant's "People's Choice " which is now underway.
