RICHMOND, Va. -- Afternoon temperatures will increase into the low to mid 70s Wednesday, which is the average temperature for this time of year. Clouds will increase throughout the day and Thursday a couple of storm systems will converge over the region, bringing another round of wet weather to Central Virginia. Rain will overspread the area Thursday, especially by afternoon and evening, as a potent upper low brings strong lift to the region. Rain will be likely late Thursday into Friday.
