HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A former Henrico sheriff’s deputy is sentenced to six months behind bars for having sex with an inmate.
The relationship occurred between 31-year-old True-Asia Daniels and a man who was convicted of dealing drugs.
Investigators caught images of sexual activity between the two on a hidden camera.
A prisoner is considered a victim when sexually involved with a deputy while incarcerated.
Daniels was also convicted of providing the inmate with a cell phone.
