HENRICO COUNTY, Va. –Police have arrested a Henrico man for allegedly pouring urine on his ex-girlfriend's clothes and property.
Officers arrested Devin Stinnie Thursday after they said that he sneaked into his ex’s house through a window. He's then accused of assaulting her and pouring urine all over her belongings.
Stinnie is facing charges for burglary, assault and vandalism.
