DETROIT — The Detroit mom charged with murdering two of her children and storing them in a freezer had to be escorted out of court.
The state of Michigan is moving to terminate Mitchelle Blair’s parental rights to two of her surviving children.
Blair’s rage was directed at her children’s father’s family.
The state is calling for the termination of his parenting rights as well.
The surviving children, a 17-year-old girl and 8-year-old boy have been in protective custody since an officer, performing an eviction notice, found the bodies of their two siblings in a freezer inside the home last month.
