FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. -- A woman wanted for credit card theft, forgery and other charges refused to pull over during a traffic stop Tuesday morning in Northern Virginia. After weaving in and out of traffic and making several U-turns, her truck finally spun out of control after it was clipped by a police cruiser on Fairfax Parkway.

"Around 7:41 a.m., a Fairfax County police officer attempted to stop a pickup truck for traffic charges near Route 50 and Fairview Park," a Fairfax Police spokesperson said. "One of the officers initiated the 'precision immobilization technique; and the vehicle was stopped. The driver was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. In addition, two Fairfax County officers and one Virginia State trooper were injured with minor injuries."

The driver, 36-year-old Lakisha Tracy, was taken in custody. She had outstanding warrants from Arlington County, police said.
