RICHMOND, Va. — Residents downtown were affected by a water main break in the 1700 block of E. Main Street.
Viewer David Farrugia snapped some pictures of the water main break that show the water spraying into at least 15 feet into the air. The Department of Public Utilities said that about 40 apartments were impacted. The water was shut off and repairs took roughly an hour. The area has now re-opened and water has been restored.
