RICHMOND, Va. -- Families in South Richmond want to know who damaged their parked cars. A red car hit two parked cars in the 200 block of West 31st Street, near Moody Avenue, on the city's Southside, according to Richmond Police. The crashes happened at about 1 a.m. Monday.
A man driving the red car ran away from the crash scene, police said. Two women who were in the red car suffered minor injuries.
Police are questioning the women and have not released information about the suspect.
