CHICAGO — The WGN Morning News team got a little giggly Tuesday morning.
Anchor Robin Baumgarten was reading a story about how toilet paper companies are cutting back. The size of a sheet of toilet paper is now a half-inch narrower, and the cardboard tubes are also increasing in diameter so the companies can sell less paper for about the same price.
The process is apparently called “de-sheeting.”
