RICHMOND, Va - 30 Local Eateries have partnered up for Richmond Restaurant Week. Executive Chef Carlos Silva from Max's On Broad created his savory Salmon Napoleon with sauteed spinach, puff pastry, and lobster fennel cream entrée. Restaurant Week runs through Sunday, October 26th. Portions of the proceeds benefit The Central Virginia Food Bank and Meals on Wheels.
