Get a taste of island class at the Caribbean High Tea

RICHMOND, Va - Dr. Deanne Williams-Bryant of the Virginia Caribbean Education Exchange Foundation invites you to a classy Caribbean High Tea event, and even brought some samples of Caribbean teas and pastries commonly used in traditional high teas. VCEEF hopes to promote the enhancement of educational, cultural, and economic development between Virginia and the Caribbean Region. The Caribbean High Tea is Sunday, October 26th from 3pm to 6pm at the Belmont Golf Club and Recreation Center, located at 1600 Hilliard Road in Henrico.
