Walk or run in the Children’s Hospital Foundation Four Mile Walk/Run Saturday, September 20. The four mile course takes runners and walkers through historic neighborhoods in Richmond’s Northside. There’s also a Superkid Adventure Obstacle Course for children ages 5 – 10 held after the walk/race.
The race starts and ends at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU’s Brook Road Campus, registration is $35. Cost for the Superkid Adventure Obstacle Course is $15 and registration includes a superhero cape, participation ribbon and goody bag. All proceeds benefit Children’s Hospital Foundation, which supports programs and initiatives of Children Hospital of Richmond at VCU and other pediatric health care programs in the community. The walk/run is presented by American Family Fitness.
