Los Angeles, CA (WNEP) — The big day finally arrived: “The Apparently Kid” also known as Noah Ritter appeared on “The Ellen Show.”

It was the big moment many of us have been waiting for.

“Please welcome 5-year-old Noah Ritter,” Ellen DeGeneres announced as the audience cheered.

From the second Noah sat down on The Ellen Show, he captured the crowd.

“My first time on a talk show!”

And right there with Noah was grandpa Jack Borowksi of Wilkes-Barre, someone Noah calls his best buddy.

The 5 year old from Pottstown spent the summer with his grandfather in Luzerne County.

Noah’s rise to fame came after he basically stole the show last month when being interviewed by Newswatch 16’s Sofia Ojeda at the Wayne County Fair.

The interview went viral and Noah soon became known to the world as The Apparently Kid. His YouTube clip got 14 million plus views and counting and the attention of Ellen DeGeneres.

“The word apparently is your favorite word, isn’t it?” Ellen asked.

“Yeah, but I got over it now. I get it over it now and then,” Noah replied.

“What’s your new favorite word?”

“Seriously!” said Noah.

Noah also told Ellen about his new life as kindergartener in Pennsylvania and how he feels about spending so much time in class.

“It’s like I was in prison for 10 days,” said Noah as Ellen laughed.

Toward the end of the eight-minute segment that was recorded on Tuesday Ellen surprised Noah with a VIP trip to a show to see his favorite creatures: dinosaurs.

And as always, this 5 year old didn’t miss a beat.

“I’m pretty sure that’s a guy in a costume,” Noah said when a dinosaur came onstage.

So what did Noah think of Ellen?

“She was fun, funny, and great!”

“Would you do it again?”

“Yup, probably!”

And apparently Noah just may be doing this again. His family says there have been some talks about getting him back on the Ellen show in the future, so stay tuned.

But whatever happens, Noah’s grandfather Jack says this week was a Hollywood hit.

“Really great really great,” he said. “An experience of a lifetime for the kid.”

And also at that The Ellen Show with Noah were some viewers from our area who were part of the audience.

The four said their trips to Burbank, California became even more exciting when they found out Noah would be a guest.

“When we saw him at home I thought ‘I wonder if he’s going to make it on Ellen.’ He’s just a really neat kid,” said Kelly Baldoni of Clarks Summit.
