RICHMOND, Va - July is National Ice cream month, and Mark Fancher, Richmond Branch Manager for Blue Bell Ice Cream, helped us cool down with a tasty treat. Magic Cookie Bar ice cream is a new flavor and will help kick off the Blue Bell "Crankin' Back the Flavor Contest," beginning August 1st.
