Take handsfree selfies from afar with this amazing app GoCam!

Sick of arms or fingers in your selfie photos, or maybe just sick of the weird angling it takes sometimes to get more than one person in a shot?

Well your life just got a little easier.  A Swedish start-up company created a phone app that uses touchless technology to snap a selfie.

With the new GoCam! by Crunchfish, the camera is triggered by your hand. This type app allows you to take a selfie from afar, something impossible until its release.

In newsroom trials it worked from about five feet away.

It released in the app store on June 28, and is currently free but won’t be for long.

It takes getting accustomed to, so give it a fair trial before deciding if you like it or not. Once you’ve snapped your picture, open the editing software for basic modifications before uploading your picture to a social media platform.

Click the arrow for sharing options. The fish icon in the top right corner is how you access your already snapped photos.

Crunchfish specializes in software called Touchless A3D, which gives people control of their mobile devices by using gestures.
