NOTTOWAY COUNTY, Va. -- Sheriff's deputies in Nottoway County are worried about a 14-year-old boy who disappeared last week.
Officials said John Henry Thaxton Jr. ran away from a foster home on June 7. He had talked about traveling to the northeast.
Investigators said he has run away before, but has never been gone for more than two hours.
