RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- Richmond Fire crews are currently on scene of water rescue in the area of Brown’s Island.
According to Lt. Hagaman, Richmond Fire, two men and possibly two children are receiving assisting after a vessel overturned in the eastern portion of the island.
Crews have made contact with the victims who do not appear to be in distress.
