RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Investigators are working to determine what sparked a fire outside a warehouse on Boulevard West, near the Diamond, in Richmond.
Firefighters on scene said trash in a tractor trailer outside the building caught on fire about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The fire caused about $8,000 in damage.
