Richmond, Va. (WTVR)- This past winter was pretty rugged – it had a serious grip that just wouldn’t let go.
It pretty much squeezed the life out of every First Friday Artwalk so far this year either rain or frost or gloom.
So thousands of folks celebrated the arrival of a clear, 80-degree day by flocking to the galleries and sidewalks on Broad Street downtown for the popular art, music, culture and now food event.
