More than 200 vacant Petersburg properties up for sale

PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – The City of Petersburg wants area developers, investors and builders to know about the more than 220 vacant properties within the city limits. The properties are for sale and can be used for both residential and commercial development, Petersburg City Manager William Johnson said.

The city is holding an informational meeting Thursday at 2 p.m. at Union Train Station located at 103 River St. to meet with interested buyers.
