RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — The Monday morning commute will be a messy one. Precipitation will begin to break down, from west to east, towards midday and early afternoon.
Unlike the last system, where temperatures plunged into the low 20s, our temperatures will hover in the upper 20s and low 30s during the main part of the storm. That makes accumulations a tough call.
