Fresh Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie

1 - 9 graham cracker pie shell
5 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
2/3 cups of sugar
1 cup water
4 tablespoons of Strawberry gelatin
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese a room temperature
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, spread in bottom of pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to add strawberry mixture.
Mix together sugar, water, gelatin, and cornstarch in a medium sauce pan. Cook on medium high heat, boil for 1 minute or until thickened stirring often.
Fold in fresh strawberries toss until well coated. Pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
