RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -UPDATE: All lanes are opened.
A tractor-trailer accident has closed multiple lanes on Interstate 95, near mile marker 75.5, in the City of Richmond, in downtown Richmond.
“The north left shoulder and left lane are closed. The south left shoulder, left lane, left center lane, and right center lane are closed,” according to VDOT.
