(CNN) - What do your music choices say about you? Pandora hopes the songs you pick on its program helps reveal who you would vote for for in the next election.
The Wall Street Journal reports next week Pandora radio will launch a new advertising service based on your perceived political leanings.
The company will match election results to users' musical picks by zip code, according to the Journal. Pandora will then label the listener either Democrat or a Republican.
From there it will be easier for political organizations to specifically target you.
The Journal said users can't opt out of the politically targeted ads if they use the free version of Pandora. Users can buy ad-free Pandora for $3.99 a month.
Pandora told the Journal they believed there is a strong correlation between your politics and your music choice - and they say their predictions are 75 to 80 percent accurate.
