RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Clear skies, light winds and snow cover will cause temperatures to plummet down into the single digits tonight.
Anything that melts during the day will freeze and turn icy overnight.
Southwesterly winds will develop for the end of the week, allowing temperatures to reach the mid to upper 50s (and even a few 60s) Saturday and Sunday.
A storm system will move into the region this weekend, bringing a round of rain to the area late Saturday night into Sunday.
