Randi Kaye, investigative reporter for CNN, headed out earlier in the month to Colorado to report on the budding marijuana business.
Anderson Cooper celebrated Kaye’s work as a reporter, and the effort she applied in reporting on the numerous aspects of Colorado’s newly legalized pot industry.
In the process, she seems to have got kind of high herself.
Watch this video of a giggly Kaye explaining what it was like to sit in a hotboxed limo all day, with people whipping out joints the “size of cannons.”
Turns out she sometimes couldn’t remember all the questions she wanted to ask. But watch the rest of the video for the highlights.
“Just to be clear, I am not taking any potshots of Randi Kaye,” Cooper said at the end. “It’s just that many of us in the newsroom thought that that was pretty much the greatest live hit that was ever on the program.”
